人工岛环境下PHC管桩基础的设计与应用

[摘要]针对港珠澳大桥珠海口岸人工岛的特殊地质条件,对PHC管桩的混凝土材料以及桩身、接头、桩尖等部位采取了一系列提高抗腐蚀性能的措施。桩基承载力计算考虑负摩阻力的不利影响,并结合类似场地条件的试验结果采用负摩阻力的近似算法。根据勘察孔土层情况逐个计算承载力,确定桩长,并对不同桩长进行了精细化的配桩设计,避免大范围截桩。场地内分布有孤石,根据试打桩情况,确定了合理的收锤标准,既满足的设计承载力的要求,又提高了打桩质量和效率。

Design and application of PHC pipe piles in artificial island

Abstract: Based on the special geological conditions of the artificial island for Zhuhai Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, a series of measures were taken on pile shafts, pile joints and pile heads to enhance corrosion resistance of PHC pipe piles. Considering the adverse impact of negative friction and the test results of similar site conditions, negative friction was calculated in an approximate algorithm in the calculation of bearing capacity of the pile foundation. According to the soil condition of investigation bore holes, bearing capacity of foundation and length of piles ware calculated. Careful pile design was also made for different pile length so that a wide range of pile truncation can be avoided. Boulders were distributed in the site therefore standard of stopping pile driving was determined according to test pile driving which satisfies not only the demand of bearing capacity but also the quality and efficiency.
