温州平阳万达广场桩基础案例分析

[摘要]温州平阳万达广场位于温州市平阳县鳌江镇,由9栋百米高层住宅、二层商铺、地下车库和大商业组成,住宅结构类型为剪力墙结构,商铺等结构类型为框架结构。项目地处沿海,地质情况复杂,地下30m深范围基本为淤泥质土,无法作为建筑有效持力层。采用为钻孔灌注桩桩基础形式,通过前期土质原位试验修正并结合试桩,在满足设计单桩承载力要求的前提下,采用后注浆工艺将桩长由90m优化至60m左右,避免了桩基穿越卵石层及桩长过长带来的施工质量难于控制等问题,极大地节省了工程成本、工期,降低了施工难度。

Case analysis of pile foundation of Wenzhou Pingyang Wanda plaza

Abstract The Wenzhou Pingyang Wanda plaza is located in Aojiang town, Pingyang county, Wenzhou city, and is composed of nine hundreds of meters high-rise residential, shops on the second floor, underground garage and large commercial. Residential structure is the shear wall structure and the shop on the second floor is frame structure. Project is located in the coastal, geological conditions is complicated, scope of 30m deep underground basic for silt soil, which is not as effective bearing layer of building. Bored cast-in-situ pile was adopted as basic form of pile fondation. Throught through early soil correction combined with the test pile in situ experiment, pile length by about 90m optimization to 60m was optimized by after grouting process on the premise of meeting the requirements of the design bearing capacity of single pile which avoids the pile foundation through the pebble layer and the construction quality of pile length is too long to bring difficult to control, greatly save the project cost and time limit for a project, reduce the construction difficulty .
