［摘要］在建筑施工及使用过程中，应避免建（构）筑物承受的荷载超过其允许荷载。车库顶板超量堆土常引起严重的安全事故。本文结合工程实例，对某车库顶板坍塌情况进行检查检测，包括坍塌及损伤情况调查、混凝土强度检测、钢筋原材及机械连接接头力学性能检测等，对车库坍塌诱因进行分析，并提出处理措施，以期为其他类似工程提供借鉴。

Cause analysis and treatment recommendations on collapse of a garage

Abstract: In the process of the construction and use, should avoid building (structure) under the load of more than the allowed to load. The garage roof excess pile soil often leads to serious accidents. Combining with the engineering example, inspection on a garage roof collapse case detection, including the collapse and damage situation investigation, concrete strength testing, mechanical properties of reinforced materials and mechanical connection joint detection, etc., analyze the garage collapse cause, and puts forward treatment measures, so as to provide reference for other similar projects.
