临近基坑开挖对既有地下环廊的影响分析

[摘要]地下空间的开发是缓解城市用地紧张的有效方法,地下环廊作为各地块之间的车库联络通道显得尤为重要。依托武汉王家墩中央商务区地下交通环廊工程,通过有限元模拟以及实测数据的分析,研究了基坑与地下环廊的变形特点,分析了工程桩抵抗变形的能力。结果表明:本次分析数据与监测数据较为吻合;工程桩作为环廊的保护措施,效果明显,在很大程度上约束了环廊的变形;环廊不仅发生位移而且出现了一定程度的轴向扭转。

Influence study of foundation pit excavation on the underground loop

Abstract: The development of underground space is an effective method to relieve the tension of urban land use. The underground loops as the communication channels between the blocks are very important. The finite element (FEM) analysis was carried out to study the deformation characteristics of foundation pit and underground loop, based on central business district of Wuhan-Wangjiadun. Also, the ability of resisting deformation of piles was studied.The results show that the analysis data is consistent with the measured data. Piles as protection measures, the effect in resisting deformation is obvious. The underground loop occurs axial torsion besides displacement.
