紧邻地铁的深基坑设计与实践

[摘要]邻近地铁区间隧道需要确保严格的变形保护要求,基坑的计算分析不再以强度控制,而是以变形控制。介绍了杭州市萧山区中心城区一个紧邻运营地铁的深基坑工程。为有效保护地铁区间隧道和地铁车站安全,采用了合理的围护结构、支撑系统和土方开挖方案,并加以多项辅助保护措施。对基坑开挖对于地铁区间隧道和地铁车站的影响进行了数值模拟分析。并在工程施工过程中对基坑本身、地铁区间隧道和地铁车站都进行了详尽的监测,监测结果表明,基坑本身安全、对邻近地铁区间隧道和地铁车站的影响都在安全可控的范围内。结合实际深基坑工程的计算分析和实践的成功经验总结对类似深基坑工程具有参考价值。

Design and construction of deep excavation engineering adjacent to the subway tunnel

Abstract Strict deformation control is critical in the excavation engineering adjacent to the running subway tunnels and design should target at controlling deformation rather than strength. A deep excavation adjacent to the running subway tunnels in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou, was introduced. In order to protect subway tunnels and the subway station, appropriate retaining wall and horizontal support system were applied, earth excavation were reasonably arranged. Besides, multiple protection methods were applied. The additional deformation of tunnels was predicted by numerical analysis. Detailed monitoring in situ of the pit and tunnels was carried out during excavation. According to the in situ monitoring data, protection of the adjacent subway tunnels and the subway station was effective, which testified the validity of design and construction of the excavation engineering in soft soil. The research on the design method and measurements of the deep excavation, which is on the basis of successful design and construction, can be applied to similar projects.
