油气管道站场设计中基础梁与预留洞口碰撞问题探析

[摘要]在油气管道站场施工过程中,时常发生建筑物基础梁与预留管线洞口碰撞的问题,一旦发生碰撞,整改难度较大,造成返工,不但影响工期,而且会导致人力和财力资源浪费。结合多年从事油气管道工程设计和施工经验,对导致基础梁和预留管线洞口碰撞的主要原因进行分析,并从设计管理层面提出相应的应对措施,对有效避免和减少基础梁和预留管线洞口碰撞问题具有较高的参考价值。

Analysis of collision between pre-reserved holes and grade beam in the oil and gas pipeline yard

Abstract: The collision between pre-reserved holes and structures grade beam often happens during the construction of oil and gas pipeline yard, if this happened, it is difficult to modify and will cause bad impact, such as the delay of project schedule and the waste of human and finance resources. According to the long-term oil and gas pipeline designing and constructing experience. The reason which causes the collision between the pre-reserved holes and structures grade beam and proposes the resolving measures were analyzed respectively. It has preferable reference value to avoid or decrease the collision problem between pre-reserved holes and structures grade beam in oil and gas pipeline yard.
