[摘要]在城市大规模的地下空间开发过程中,不可避免地会引起已建成的地下综合管廊的结构变形,从而可能导致管沟结构的开裂、渗漏水等情况。针对具体工程情况,提出结合地块开发过程,采用微扰动跟踪注浆的手段进行沉降实时控制,并对沉降控制实践进行总结分析。结果表明,在选用合适的时间段、合理的注浆参数及可控的施工方案前提下,可以做到控制地下综合管廊结构在周边大规模地下空间开发过程中结构沉降的良好保护。

Grouting measure of settlement protection of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery

Abstract: In the process of large-scale underground space development in the city, the structure deformation of the underground pipe gallery is caused inevitably, which may lead to the cracking and leaking water. In view of the specific engineering conditions, the use of micro disturbance tracking grouting method to control the settlement was performed to treat unequal settlement during land development process, and the settlement control practice was summarized. The results show that good protection of underground comprehensive pipe rack structure can be done during the surrounding large-scale underground space development process in the selection of the appropriate time period, reasonable grouting parameters and controllable construction plan.
