城市轨道交通发展与PTR模式

[摘要]城市轨道交通能够较好地改善城市交通拥挤、环境污染等问题,但其巨额的资金来源和盈利难题正在逐渐成为其不断发展的绊脚石。借助香港地铁的成功经验,介绍了PTRPPPTODR+P)模式的概念和优势,同时也简要阐述了其在内地城市轨道交通领域的发展现状和存在问题。随着众多政策措施的出台,推动PTR模式的应用必将有助于城市轨道交通的可持续发展。

Abstract: Urban rail transit can improve problems of traffic congestion and environmental pollution. However, huge financial resources and profitability issues are becoming big problems for its development. According to the success of Hong Kongs MTR, the concept and advantages of PTR (PPP, TOD, R+P) model were introduced. Meanwhile, the development status and problems of PTR model in mainland cities were described. With the introduction of a number of policy measures, the application of PTR model will be helpful to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
