[摘要]由于经济发展及生产力水平较低等历史原因,上海20世纪90年之前建设的房屋多为浅基础砖混及砖木结构,楼板多采用预制多孔板,结构构造薄弱、整体性差。而随着上海城市建设的快速发展,城市用地愈发紧张,地下空间开发的规模越来越大,越来越多的工程项目将紧邻上述多层房屋施工。因此,如何在地下空间开发过程中,控制深大基坑开挖卸载对周边多层房屋的不利影响,已经成为非常迫切而重要的课题。本文将综合各种基坑周边环境保护措施,并结合上海地区正在实施的深大基坑工程实践,分析评价分区开挖卸载、隔离桩等措施在地下空间开发过程中对周边多层房屋保护的实践效果。

Study on response measures to the adverse effects of underground space
development in the area of soft soil

Abstract: Due to the lower levels of economic development and productivity in Shanghai before the 1990s, the construction of housing mostly used the shallow foundation, brick and wood structure and precast porous plate, so the structure and integrity is poor. With the rapid development of urban construction in Shanghai, urban land use is increasingly tight, the scale of the underground space development is growing, and more and more projects will be constructed close to the aforementioned multi-storey housing. Therefore, in the process of underground space development, how to control the adverse effects with deep foundation pit excavation and unloading of surrounding multi-storey housing has become very urgent and important task. In this paper, integrated the comprehensive environmental protection measures and combined with the engineering practice of deep foundation pit in Shanghai, the practice effect of unloading, isolation pile and other measures to surrounding multi-storey housing protection in the process of underground space development were analyzed and evaluated.
