采用双钉头型栓钉的钢-混凝土组合桁架梁抗弯性能研究*

[摘要]将一种新型的抗剪栓钉——双钉头型栓钉,应用于钢-混凝土组合桁架梁。通过有限元分析采用双钉头型栓钉的钢-混凝土组合桁架梁的抗弯承载力,比较了采用双钉头型栓钉和传统栓钉的钢-混凝土组合桁架梁的受力特性。由于双钉头型栓钉加强了栓钉底部的刚度,可提高栓钉抗剪承载力。采用双钉头型栓钉对钢-混凝土组合桁架梁弹性刚度的影响可以忽略,但钢-混凝土组合桁架梁塑性阶段的刚度会有明显提高,同时其抗弯承载能力也有一定提高。对比分析表明,采用双钉头型栓钉对非完全抗剪连接的钢-混凝土组合桁架梁受力性能的提高比完全抗剪连接的大。在设计非完全抗剪连接的钢-混凝土组合桁架梁时,建议采用双钉头型栓钉。钢-混凝土组合桁架梁弹性阶段的有效宽度系数近似不变,塑性阶段有效宽度系数随荷载增加逐渐增大。相同条件下,宽跨比和高跨比越大,塑性阶段有效宽度系数越小。

Study on bending behavior of steel-concrete composite truss girder with

double-nut stud shear connectors

Abstract:A new type of stud shear connectordouble-nut stud shear connector can be used in steel-concrete composite truss girder (SCCTG). Finite element analysis method was used to evaluate the bending behavior of SCCTG with double-nut stud shear connectors. Comparison between mechanical characteristics of SCCTG with double-nut stud shear connectors and SCCTG with traditional studs was conducted. Double-nut stud shear connectors strengthen the stiffness of the bottom stud and enhance the shearing capacity of studs. The elastic stiffness impact of SCCTG with double-nut stud shear connectors can be ignored, but the stiffness of SCCTG in plastic stage  is improved remarkably and bearing capacity can be improved. Comparative analysis shows that double-nut stud shear connector can get more mechanical characteristics improvement for partial shear connection steel-concrete composite truss girder than for full shear connection steel-concrete composite truss girder. Double-nut stud shear connector is recommended when designing the partial shear connection steel-concrete composite truss girder. In addition, effective width factor of

steel-concrete composite truss girder

 almost remains unchanged in elastic stage. Effective width increases as load increases in plastic stage. In the same condition, the greater the width-span ratio and depth-span ratio are, the smaller the effective width factor in plastic stage is.
