地下汽车库预应力混凝土楼盖的设计

[摘要]某商业中心地下汽车库采用了宽扁梁和平板柱多层预应力混凝土结构,在可利用的地下建筑空间内比普通混凝土结构多建了1层车库。其人防、消防等偶然荷载远大于正常使用荷载,使得预应力混凝土构件抗裂设计在这两种荷载下很难同时满足设计要求,以优先满足正常使用荷载,辅以普通钢筋增强构件的延性来满足偶然荷载下的设计要求。采用塑胶管、直线形布筋方式减小预应力摩擦损失。宽扁梁结构的梁柱节点予以加强,以保证楼面荷载的顺利传递。

Design of prestressed reinforced concrete floor structure of underground parking

Abstract:Focus on a tower building in central business district, the structural plan arrangement of its underground parking is optimized. The flat-beam and flat-plate structures are applied. Parking space of more than a floor is obtained. Because accident loads,such as defending load and fire protecting load,is more larger than normal live loads, it is difficult to satisfy the design requirement of the resist cracking in the prestressed concrete members simultaneously. It is suggested that the normal condition be priority and general steel be assisted to reinforced ductility of the members. Prestressed friction loss is controlled by embedding plastic pipes and using linear tendon shape in the super long structures. The joint of beam-column in the flat-beam structure is strengthened for load transferring.
