[摘要]针对销轴节点的受力和构造特点,利用有限元方法对销轴直径、上下耳板宽度等进行了参数分析,结果发现销轴上有两处受力较大,分别为跨中处和下耳板对销轴的挤压处。在假定下耳板对销轴的压力在有效宽度内均匀分布的基础上,推导出销轴承载力F2的计算公式;在假定上耳板对销轴的压力呈二次曲线分布的基础上,推导出销轴承载力F1的计算公式。销轴的实际承载力取上述算式结果的较小者。将计算公式的计算结果与有限元模拟的结果相比,两者吻合良好,说明相关公式可供设计采用。

Mechanical behavior and design equation for pins connected plates

Abstract:Parametric analyses on diameter of the pin and the thickness of the connected plates of the pin are performed using FEA. The characteristic of load transfer and mechanism of the pin are obtained: the control point of the pin failure lies in the middle point of the pin shaft (point 1) and the point on the pin shaft where the bottom connected plate crushes (point 2). The design equations for ultimate capacity of pins at point 1 and 2 are derived with assumed stress distribution modes along point 1 and 2, and the ultimate capacity of pins is taken as the smaller of that at point 1 and 2. The results calculated from the design equations agree well with that by FEA. The equation proposed can be used in the design of pins.
