[摘要]以苏州国际博览中心工程为背景,针对平面K形圆钢管相贯节点的一种主要破坏模式——主支管交汇处主管管壁在受拉支管和受压支管作用下发生局部过度塑性变形而破坏,对采用内加劲肋加强的平面K形圆钢管相贯节点进行了对比试验、非线性有限元分析以及几何参数分析,揭示了内加劲肋提高节点承载能力的作用机理,并提出了设计建议,可供类似工程设计参考。

Abstract:One of the most majority failure patterns of plane K-joints is that the chord appears excessive part plastic distortion under the action of tension and compression web member. It reveals the principle of inner rib-stiffener enhancing joint ultimate bearing capacity which is based on large scale model tests, nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and geometrical parameter analysis with the background project of Suzhou International Expo Center. Design proposals are offered which can serve as a reference to similar project design.
