嵌入式CFRP-PCPs复合筋加固混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究

[摘要]利用自行研制的CFRP-PCPs复合筋(碳纤维\|棱柱体预应力混凝土复合筋)对6根钢筋混凝土梁进行嵌入式加固,并根据不同的破坏模式,推导出相应的计算公式,其计算值与试验值吻合良好。试验结果表明,相比嵌入式预应力CFRP筋加固混凝土梁,嵌入式CFRP-PCPs复合筋加固混凝土梁不但有效地提高了加固构件的抗弯强度、刚度,而且解决了前者张拉锚固装置施工工艺复杂、造价较高等问题。。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of RC beams with embedded CFRP-PCPs

Abstract:By using the self-developed CFRP-PCPs (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer prestressed concrete prisms), the embedded reinforcement was conducted on six reinforced concrete beams. According to different failure modes, the corresponding formulas were derived and the calculated value was in good agreement with the experimental value. The experimental results show that compared with the embedded reinforcement of concrete beams with prestressed CFRP, the embedded reinforcement of concrete beams with CFRP-PCPs not only effectively improves the bending strength and stiffness of the strengthening members, but also solves the problems of complex construction process of tensioned anchoring device, high costs etc for embedded reinforcement of concrete beams with prestressed CFRP.
