氯盐环境作用下玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究*

[摘要]通过开展不同层数玄武岩纤维布加固既有损伤钢筋混凝土梁在不同浓度NaCl溶液环境下的抗弯性能试验,重点研究不同NaCl溶液浓度以及粘贴纤维布层数对加固梁裂缝的开展、竖向挠度、钢筋应变、纤维布应变和极限承载力的影响。试验结果表明:采用玄武岩纤维布加固后,钢筋混凝土梁裂缝的开展受到了限制,极限承载力得到了显著提高;随着粘贴纤维布层数的增加,梁极限承载力逐步提高;随着NaCl溶液浓度增高,梁极限承载力提高的幅度会削弱,但仍具有较为可靠的加固效果。

Experimental research on flexural behavior of  reinforced concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber cloth  in chlorine salt environment

Abstract:Through flexural behavior experiments of damaged reinforced concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber cloth with different layers in different concentration of NaCl solution environment, effects of concentration of NaCl solution and pasting fiber cloth layer  on the cracking development, vertical deflection, steel rebar, fiber cloth limit strain and ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened beams were studied. The test results show that with reinforcement by basalt fiber cloth, cracking development of reinforced concrete beams is limited and the ultimate bearing capacity is evidently improved. With the increase of the fiber cloth layers, ultimate bearing capacity of the beam gradually increases. With the increase of concentration of NaCl solution, the development range of ultimate bearing capacity is weakened, but still has reliable strengthening effect.
