钢管混凝土受复杂应力作用后的力学性能试验研究

[摘要]研究经历过两次复杂应力作用后的钢管混凝土短柱再次受力的破坏形态和受力机理。从已破坏的钢管混凝土节点中取出已明显变形的芯钢管混凝土短柱,施加轴向力至极限值,得到了可同时反映钢管和钢管混凝土第三次受力性能的荷载-位移曲线,分析了多次受力的钢管混凝土短柱承载力的影响因素。试验发现第三次受力的钢管混凝土短柱的受力性能与初次受力性能不同,其承载力明显高于初次受荷的极限承载力,且钢管的屈服点也大大提高,根据试验及分析结果建立了多次受力的钢管混凝土短柱承载力计算公式。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of concrete-filled steel tube after bearing complex stress

Abstract:The failure form and force-bearing mechanism were studied on the concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)stub columns after bearing complex stress twice. The obviously deformed concrete-filled core steel tubes were taken out from the CFST joints. The ultimate bearing capacity of the stub columns was studied by concentrically-loaded experiment and the load-displacement curves were gained. The mechanical behavior under the third force-bearing of the steel tube and CFST can be reflected simultaneously by the curves. The influence factors of the CFST stub columns′ force-bearing were analyzed. The experiment shows that the mechanical behavior of CFST stub column under the third force-bearing is different from that load firstly, the ultimate bearing capacity of the CFST stub column is higher than that under the first force-bearing, the yield point of steel tube is also heightened greatly, and the bearing capacity formula of the CFST stub column was put forward by the experiment and analyzed result.
