某底框结构房屋地基不均匀沉降事故原因及加固处理

[摘要]地基不均匀沉降与建筑物安全密切相关,正确分析地基不均匀沉降的原因及提出合理的加固方案是预防事故发生及处理事故的重要内容。通过对承重构件开裂较为严重的某底框房屋的调查评估,发现地基不均匀沉降是引起该房屋出现上述情况的主要原因,利用软件PKPM,ANSYS分析地基不均匀沉降对该底框结构房屋构件的内力重分布的影响并加以对比分析,得出内力增大构件的位置与裂缝开展构件位置相吻合;并以此为依据,对该房屋提出了地基及上部结构的加固处理方法,加固后房屋已处于沉降稳定状态,裂缝和变形没有再继续扩展。

Reason and treatment of an uneven foundation settlement accident of a bottom
frame structure house

Abstract:The uneven settlement of the foundation is closely related to the safety of the building, and to correctly analyze the reason of the uneven settlement of the foundation and put forward a reasonable strengthening scheme are important contents for the accident prevention and accident treatment. Through the investigation and evaluation of a bottom frame structure house with seriously cracking damaged bearing components, it comes to the conclusion that the uneven settlement of the foundation is the main reason. To compare the effect of foundation uneven settlement on internal force distribution of the bottom frame house, softwares of PKPK and ANSYS were used to draw that the location of the component with increased internal force is agree with the location of the component with crack development. Based on this, a strengthening method of the foundation and upper structure of the house was proposed. The house was in steady state of settlement without further expansion of crack and deformation after the strengthening.
