南京东路179号街坊建筑群改建工程结构改造方案可行性分析评估

（1 上海市建筑科学研究院， 上海 200032； 2 上海市工程结构安全重点实验室， 上海 200032）［摘要］介绍了南京东路179街坊建筑群的建筑和结构特性、改建方案及损伤状况、材料性能和耐久性能等检测结果。从安全性能和抗震性能方面对多种结构改造方案的可行性及优劣进行比选分析，包括后续使用年限、保护建筑与其余单体是否连为一体、保留外墙与新建部分如何连接等重要技术问题。通过分析比较，给出了合理可行的设计建议，得到设计方及评审专家的认可。［关键词］历史建筑; 结构改造; 抗震性能; 可行性分析中图分类号：TU398.7 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2015)09-0035-04Feasibility analysis and evaluation of structure transformation schemes for reconstruction engineering of buildings of No.179 East Nanjing RoadChen Haibin1,2， Zheng Shiju1,2， Cao Bingzheng1,2， Zhao Peng1,2， Zhu Chunming1,2(1 Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences, Shanghai 200032, China; 2 Shanghai Key Laboratory of Engineering Structure Safety, Shanghai 200032, China)Abstract:Architectural and structural properties, reconstruction schemes of buildings of No.179 East Nanjing Road were introduced. The detection results of buildings of No.179 East Nanjing Road were also introduced, including damage conditions, material properties and durability. The feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of different structure transformation schemes were compared and analyzed based on the aspects of safety and seismic performance, including important technical problems such as continuous working life, connecting the protected building with the other sections as a whole or not, and how to connect the reserved outer wall and new constructed sections.
