考虑填充墙影响的上海新城饭店抗震鉴定及加固

[摘要]上海新城饭店为历史保护建筑,其结构为高层钢框架体系,由于年代久远和使用功能改变,需要对房屋的质量进行检测、鉴定,并进行结构加固。现场检测发现该建筑填充墙体和钢框架之间的连接牢固可靠,墙体和框架可以有效共同工作。本着刚度等效原则将填充墙代换成剪力墙建立模型,通过对模型在侧向力作用下的计算分析,得出结构抗震性能明显改善的分析结果,提出了考虑墙体刚度贡献的加固方案,为类似历史保护建筑的加固提供借鉴。

Seismic appraisal and reinforcement for Shanghai Metropole Hotel considered the impact of filled walls

Abstract: Shanghai Metropole Hotel is a protective historical high-rise steel frame building. Due to the age and changes of using function, the quality of the building needs to be detected and identified as well as structural reinforcement. On-site detection results indicate that the connections between the filled walls and the steel frame are secure and reliable which can guarantee the filled walls and the steel frame work together effectively. In accordance with the principle of equivalent stiffness, filled walls were replaced with shear walls to establish the model. According to the calculation and analysis of the model under lateral force, the results reveal that seismic performance of structure has been improved significantly. One proposal of a consideration for reinforcement scheme with wall rigidity contribution has been offered, references have been  made for similar protective historical building reinforcement cases.
