房屋危险性鉴定时的注意事项

（太原市建筑工程质量检测站， 太原 030002）［摘要］房屋的危险性直接关系到人民的生命安全，科学、有效地评价房屋的危险性，对房屋的使用有着决定性的影响。以《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ 125—99)中危险房屋的综合评价原则和综合评定方法为基础，通过两个算例，对比分析了房屋危险性鉴定时危险构件的破坏或失效对房屋结构体系的影响。结果表明，考虑危险构件对结构体系的影响时，房屋危险性鉴定的结果更为科学、有效。［关键词］危险房屋; 危险性鉴定中图分类号：TU312+.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2015)09-0011-03Notes for dangerous building appraisalHu Guoqing(Taiyuan Testing Station for Building Engineering Quality, Taiyuan 030002, China)Abstract:The danger of building is directly related to people′s life, so the scientific and effective evaluated method of dangerous building has a decisive influence on the use of the building. Based on the comprehensive evaluation principle and method of dangerous building in Standard of dangerous building appraisal (JGJ 125—99) and two calculating examples, the effect of damage or failure of dangerous components on building structural system was analyzed in risk appraisal for the building.
