珠江新城西塔巨型斜交网格外筒节点设计研究

[摘要]广州珠江新城西塔主塔楼高432m,采用由巨型斜交网格外筒+钢筋混凝土内筒构成的筒中筒结构,巨型斜交网格外筒采用钢管混凝土柱。由于钢管混凝土柱斜向相贯,在节点处的构造和应力较为复杂。提出一种新型的相贯节点,在钢管相贯部位设置椭圆连接板,对混凝土起约束作用,同时竖向受压,减少节点核心部位的压应力。连接板与钢管间有足够的空间,且没有穿心构件,方便混凝土的浇灌。试验表明该节点安全可靠,且构造简单,便于施工。采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对该节点进行了有限元分析,并与节点试验结果作了对比,从理论上诠释了节点试验结果。依据试验与有限元分析的结果,提出了节点的设计方法,并给出了具体算例。

Research for design of  West Tower huge obliquely crossing lattice exterior tube connection

Abstract:The main tower of Guangzhou West Tower is 432m in height. The structural system  is the new tube-in-tube system, which is composed of the huge steel tube confined concrete (STCC) obliquely crossing lattice exterior tube+reinforced concrete central tube. For this system, the STCC columns obliquely intersect, so that the construction measures and the stresses distribution of the connection are complex. It presents a new STCC obliquely intersecting connection type. For this connection, an elliptic plate is set in the connection zone. The elliptic plate here plays the role of confining concrete as well as shearing the vertical compressive stress, therefore, the core concrete compression of the connection zone reduces. There is enough space between the elliptic plate and steel tube, in addition there is no through-bore member, so that the pouring of concrete is easy. The experiment results show that the connection is safe and reliable, the construction measures of the connection are simple and easy to construct. A finite element method (FEM) analysis on the connection using the software ANSYS was conducted. The analytic results were used to make a comparison with the experiment results, and provide the experiment results a theoretical interpretation, a simplified design method for this connection is derived.
