金成大厦采光顶幕墙工程设计及施工

[摘要]金成大厦屋面采光顶幕墙设计采用双向单层柔性索网结构,利用双向钢索预张应力承受外荷载作用。分析研究了双向单层柔性索网结构体系的作用机理、荷载工况组合及结构构件计算等问题,尤其对高层建筑顶部的结构构件在风吸力作用下的应力状态提出了荷载工况组合的方法。有限元分析的应力及变形结果为钢索预张拉力及施工位移控制提供了依据,并在实际的施工操作中得到了验证。

Design and construction in the glass roof of Jincheng Mansion

Abstract:A two-way single-layer cable net structure is used in the design of the glass roof of Jincheng Mansion. Loads are subjected by the prestress of cables of the structure. The structural mechanism, load combinations and calculation for structural members are analyzed in detail. The load-combination method is proposed for the design of the members on the top of the high-rise structure under wind suction load. In addition, the stress and deformation results obtained by finite element analysis can be used as a reference for the controlling value of prestress of cables and construction transformation, and the results are also verified by the practical structure.
