管桩在连云港地区基坑支护中的应用及实测分析

[摘要]连云港海相软土具有含水量高、压缩性高、孔隙比高、强度低及高触变性等特点,其工程性质较差。鉴于软土的特殊性,该地区广泛应用管桩作为基坑挡土结构。工程实践证明,管桩应用于基坑支护工程是安全可行的,尤其适应于深度为4~8m的基坑。工程实测表明,管桩支护体系的变形特性与灌注桩相似,内支撑的设置时间及场地土体特性是影响深层土体位移的主要因素;对于软土场地基坑,尽早设置水平支撑体系可以显著减小支护体系的变形;监测结果验证了管桩在该地区支护工程中的可行性与适用性。

Application and observational analysis of pipe-pile for excavation support system in Lianyungang district

Abstract:Owing to its high-water content, high compression, high void ratio, low bearing capacity and high thixotropic property, the marine soft soil makes a lot of difficulties in foundation pit support system in Lianyungang district. Because of these particularities of the soft soil, the pipe pile has been widely used as retaining structure in this district. It has been demonstrated by engineering experience that application of the pipe-pile in excavation support system is feasible and reliable, especially for the excavation of 4~8 meters in depth. According to monitoring data, the deformation characteristic of the pipe-pile is similar to the compresol pile, the time of installing bracing system and the soil property are the main factors which affect the deformation characteristic of pit. To reduce the deformation of pit in soft soil site, it is an effective method to install the bracing system as soon as possible. Finally, the monitoring data validates the feasibility and applicability of the pipe pile in excavation support system in Lianyungang district.
