[摘要]软土地基的多层建筑,当采用天然地基浅基础时,一般地基承载力可以满足要求,但沉降多数超过允许值。一幢3层办公楼,当采用筏板基础时,计算基础中点沉降达254.4mm,当基础下设置少量减沉桩后其沉降减至135.6mm,表明多层建筑采用减沉复合疏桩基础可以减少房屋沉降,同时工程基础造价与桩基础比较节省约33%。

Design and practice of settlement-reduced pile in soft clay ground

Abstract:Settlement of multi-storied building with natural shallow foundation constructed on soft ground exceeds the permitted limimits, though the bearing capacity of the ground is enough. The calculated center settlement of the foundation is as much as 254.4mm, which will be reduced to 135mm when some settlement-reducing pile are set beneath the foundation. It is proved that composite foundation with settlement-reducing pile can reduce the settlement of multi-storied building. In this case, engineering costs save as much as 33 percents of that of pile foundation.
