单角钢螺栓连接节点板受压性能及极限承载力研究

[摘要]通过某特高压输电线路塔架结构中典型的单角钢螺栓连接节点的足尺试验,对节点板的受压性能、破坏形式及极限承载力进行了研究。利用有限元程序ANSYS建立合理的有限元模型模拟节点板的受力性能,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。将试验及有限元模拟结果与现行国内外钢结构规范关于节点板受压承载力计算公式的计算值进行了比较,验证了现行规范公式对于该类单角钢连接节点板受压承载能力计算的适用性。

Compressive behavior and ultimate strength of gusset plate contacted with single angle

Abstract:To investigate the compressive behavior, failure mode and ultimate strength of the gusset plate connection contacted with single angle, two full size tests are performed with gusset plate thickness used as test parameters. The finite element analysis by the program ANSYS gives reasonable predictions of the buckling strength of the gusset plate connections, which is consistent with the experimental investigation. Compared the results of the test and finite element simulation with the formula calculated values in the existing steel structure codes domestic and overseas,the applicability of the current standard formula for compressive bearing capacity of such gusset plate contacted with single angle is verifed.
