中山博览中心结构设计

[摘要]中山博览中心屋顶为双向曲折形屋面造型,屋盖采用90m大跨度多跨折线形平面圆管钢桁架结构,楼层采用钢框架结构。结构平面尺寸达216m×126m,为减小温度作用,采用了支座混合布置温度内力释放技术,既释放了结构的温度内力,又能保证结构具有足够的稳定性。对于多管相贯和等径管相贯节点,采用新型鼓形圆管相贯焊接节点,与铸钢节点相比,质量好,加工和检测方便,造价低。

Structure design of Zhongshan Exhibition Center

Abstract:Zhongshan Exhibition Center has  a bi-directional twist shape roof. The roof is a long span continuous poly-line profile pipe section plan truss structure with main span of 90m, and the floors are a steel frame structure. The structural plan dimension reaches 216m×126m. In order to reduce thermal action, mixed supports arrangement thermal action relief technology is used to release thermal action and to keep main structure stable. New drum shape welded pipe joint is used at multiple branched pipe joints and identical diameter pipe joints, with advantage of good quality, easily manufacturing and inspecting, low cost.
