基于Mindlin解的转炉桩筏基础设计

摘 要

[摘要]以某炼钢厂房的桩筏基础设计为工程背景,采用Mindlin和Boussinesq弹性理论计算桩土刚度,Reissner厚板理论分析桩基筏板,并利用该方法对转炉桩基础和厂房柱基础共同组成桩筏体系的总体沉降、差异沉降、桩顶反力、筏板内力等结果进行了计算。此法较现有的桩基设计规范中基于筏板绝对刚性假定的计算方法有一定的优越性。通过分析计算结果总结变化规律,发现荷载密度对此类基础的局部沉降、桩顶反力影响较大。

Converter pile-raft foundation design based on Mindlin′s solution

Abstract:The pile-raft foundation′s average settlement, differential settlement, pile top force, stress of raft and so on have been analyzed through this method, which is Mindlin and Boussinesq theory counting pile-soil system and Reissner thick plank calculating raft. One of actual pileraft foundation, that is composed of converters and factory′s column pile foundation in one steel production factory building design, has been analyzed. This method is prior to  method of pile foundation code of China which is based on the assumption of the infinitely stiffness raft. The result shows that local settlement and pile top force are mainly controlled by the local load′s density.
