某基础承台大体积混凝土裂缝控制及温控监测分析

(1 陕西省交通建设集团公司,西安 710075; 2 西安建筑科技大学,西安 710055)[摘要]以某高层基础承台施工为例,研究了大体积混凝土裂缝控制的方法,介绍了裂缝控制的技术措施。采用电子测温仪对承台大体积混凝土水化热进行了监控,根据监测结果,就环境温度和养护情况对混凝土温度的影响进行了分析,结果表明环境温度的骤变对裂缝的控制影响很大。该工程所采用的技术措施成功地控制了裂缝的产生,对同类工程有一定的借鉴意义。[关键词]大体积混凝土;温度监测系统;裂缝控制;基础承台Crack control and temperature monitoring analysis of mass concrete in cushion capSun Yanshi1,Hu Changming2,Li Yonghui2,Mao Qingdong2(1 Shanxi Provincial Communication Construction Group,Xi′an 710075, China; 2 Xi′an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi′an 710055,China)Abstract:It uses the cushion cap of one highrise building as an example, studies the crack control methods of mass concrete,and introduces the technological measures of crackcontrol.The hydration-heat of concrete is measured with electronic monitoring control system,and the measured results are researched. Furthermore, the influence of air temperature and curing methods on the temperature of concrete is carried out. Research results showed that the sharp change of air temperature has a great influence on crack-control.
