混杂纤维对高性能混凝土深梁抗弯性能影响的试验研究

[摘要]对10根混杂纤维增强高性能混凝土深梁和1根普通高性能混凝土深梁进行正截面受弯性能试验研究,分析混杂纤维对深梁工作性能和破坏形态、纵向受拉钢筋应变、深梁挠度的影响。深梁受弯过程具有明显的纤维强化阶段,混杂纤维的强化作用在纵向钢筋屈服后充分发挥,同时掺加钢纤维(0.6%~1.0%)和聚丙烯纤维(0.055%~0.11%)使深梁的开裂弯矩平均提高25%,屈服弯矩平均提高75%,极限承载力平均提高1.5倍。低体积掺量的钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混杂使用能明显提高深梁的受弯极限承载力以及受弯韧性。

Flexural behavior of hybrid fiber reinforced high\|performance concrete deep beam

Abstract:10 hybrid fibers reinforced high-performance concrete deep beams and an common one were tested. The effect of steel fibers and polypropylene fibers on the cracking resistance moment, yield moment and bending capacity of the normal section were analyzed. The reinforced and failure mechanisms of normal section were explored. It is shown that the average cracking moment increased 25%, the average yielding moment increased 75%, the average flexural capacity increased 1.5 times when added 0.6%~1.0%steel fibers and 0.055%~0.11% polypropylene fibers into deep beam.
Adding appropriate steel fibers and polypropylene fibers can significant improve ultimate flexural capacity and bending toughness of deep beam.
