卡塔尔某超高层建筑部分预应力环梁设计研究

[摘要]重力荷载作用下网筒结构外鼓及交叉柱间轴力差异将使环梁受到较大的拉力。为保证环梁具有适宜的刚度,控制环梁裂缝宽度,工程中部分环梁采用了部分预应力,并对预应力张拉施工全过程进行了施工模拟。环梁设计采用了预应力等效荷载和重力、风、温度、地震多种荷载组合下的最不利内力。预应力效应全过程整体分析为环梁及整体结构设计安全可靠提供了保证。

Partially prestressed concrete ring beams design of a super high-rise building in Qatar

Abstract:The exterior tube structure exerts radial outward forces, and the diagrid columns have significant difference in axial force. Both result in large axial tension forces in ring beams. To guarantee the ring beams stiffness and control the crack width, partially prestressed technique in some ring beams is used. And the whole prestressed construction process is considered in the FEM. The maximum forces due to combinations which include the prestressed equivalent load, gravity load, temperature action, earthquake action etc are applied to ring beams design. The analysis with full consideration of the whole construction process makes sure of the safety of the ring beams, so as the whole structure.
