艺术墙幕墙索网次结构-主体钢结构共同工作设计研究

(1 中国航空工业规划设计研究院,北京 100011; 2 北京交通大学,北京 100044)[摘要]河南艺术中心40m高悬臂玻璃艺术墙,采用“单层索网次结构平面钢管相贯桁架主体结构”体系。对幕墙索网次结构与主体钢结构的共同工作、主次结构转换的“索钢接触”连接约束条件对主体钢结构及索网次结构的影响进行研究。考虑索网次结构与主体钢结构共同工作,对主体结构稳定安全性有利,但对幕墙索网次结构安全性有较大的不利影响。根据研究结果要求幕墙设计单位对索网次结构进行加强设计,确保了工程整体结构的安全。[关键词]索网;次结构;钢结构;主结构;共同工作;转换连接节点Design and research of coincident work between the cable-net substructure-of curtain wall and the major steel structure of Henan Provincial Art CentreZhang Ling1,Yang Xiao1, Ge Jiaqi1,Wang Shu1,Cui Juan2(1 China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute, Beijing 100011, China; 2 Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract:For Henan Provincial Art Centre, the deep cantilevered glass art wall, 40m high, employs a structural system of the single layer cable-net substructure-combined with the major steel structure of in-plane penetrated weld pipe truss. Currently, in academic and engineering fields, there are few research results about coincident work between the substructure of curtain wall and the major steel structure, as well as the major-minor structural exchange connection constraint condition of “cable-member contact" impacting on the major steel structure with the substructure. Analysis and research of those mentioned questions present that coincident work provides an advantage for overall stability safety of the major structure, and causes a major disadvantage impact on structural safety of the substructure .
