某厂房改造中托梁抽柱的设计和施工

[摘要]通过一个托梁抽柱的的实例,从设计和施工方面解析了工业厂房改造中采用钢托架托住原由柱承担的屋面系统,并抽掉原有受力柱的比较复杂的改造方法。实施应用托梁抽柱技术,按照土建改造的原则,充分考虑各种措施来实现改造的效果。加固方法采用了加大截面法、包角钢法、粘钢板法,托换中设计和施工紧密结合,措施得当,保证了托架顶升就位、抽掉柱后新老结构的连接可靠,协同工作。

Practical application of supporting beam in a workshop reconstruction

Abstract:It analyzes reconstruction method of using steel bracket to support roofing system instead of column and removing original bearing column from both design and construction aspects, by introducing the example of supporting frame and removing column. The method adopts supporting frame and removing column technique, fully considers kinds of methods. Firming method uses enlarging section method, wrapping angle steel method and glue steel plate method. During supporting and changing process, design and construction process are closely combined together and operated appropriately, by means of which the method ensures the elevation of supporting frame reaching the right position and ensures reliable connection of the old and new structures function collaboratively after columns are removed.
