［摘要］结合民德花苑工程深基坑采用逆作法工艺设计和施工的实践，探讨了基坑逆作施工的结构受力机理和特点，及地下墙与立柱间差异沉降的控制措施。在工程施工实践的基础上对逆作施工中的墙、柱、梁、板等节点设计进行了优化，提出了基于桩基承台受力模式的托板取代托梁的节点做法，降低了基坑工程的逆作法施工的难度。

Discussions on Technology of Foundation Pit by Top-down Method

Abstract:Combined with the practice of Min De Hua Yuan project which is designed and constructed by top-down method,it discussed the structure bearing force mechanism and characteristic on top-down method and the measure controlling the difference settlement between diaphragm wall and post,optimized the joint design of wall,post,beam and shell depending on the construction practice of top-down project,put forward the joint method which was based on the mode of pile foundation cap by replacing the joist to splint.The method predigests the operation difficulty which is constructed by top-down method.
