［摘要］结合近年来参与和承担设计的上海软土地区多个大型地下综合体的工程实践，探讨和归纳轨道交通建设与城市地下空间开发相结合的大型地下综合体的建造模式及特点。对软土地区建造位于大型地下综合体基础结构上的塔楼、裙房、车站等这些形态、荷载不一的建筑引起的差异过大的工后沉降控制，以及变形耦合的工程技术难题，结合上海某大型地下综合体工程，采取理论分析、数值计算、工程设计、现场量测等手段开展综合研究，在此基础上提出其设计计算方法和工程控制措施。

Construction Mode and Settlement Coordination of Underground Urban Complex in Shanghai

Abstract:Combined with the engineering practices of underground urban complex in Shanghai soft clay area,the construction mode and characteristic of huge underground urban complex are summarized. And analysis is carried on the design nodus about settlement coordination of underground urban complex in Shanghai soft clay area.Then combined with the engineering practices,by theoretical analysis,numerical analysis,engineering design and insitu measurement,the corresponding design methods and construction measures are put forward.
