日照市某高层主楼结构设计

(同济大学建筑设计研究院,上海 200092)[摘要]对三角型立面,扁长型平面高层建筑结构体系的设计问题进行了研究。通过实际工程设计案例,研究控制不均匀沉降的方法,分析此类结构控制扭转的一般规律,提出了沉降控制方法,阐述了此类结构的设计技术。计算结果和实测结果均证明设计方法有效。[关键词]三角型立面;扁长型平面;高层建筑;不均匀沉降控制;扭转效应Structural Design of a Highrise Building in Rizhao CityGui Kun, Jin Wei, Zhu Liang, Dai Peiqi (Architecture Design & Research Institute of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract:A high-rise building is analysed structure which facade was a right-angled triangle and plan was long and narrow. Based on the researches on a finished project,methods in order to control asymmetry sedimentation were discussed,controlling torsion rules of such structure were studied,the controlling methods were provided,and other structure technique were also introduced.
