［摘要］结合龙口行政中心主楼超限高层建筑的结构设计，阐述了该工程结构计算分析以及贯彻《超限高层建筑工程抗震设防管理规定》的过程，讨论了结构可行性方案并针对结构超长和抗震超限问题提出了局部增设剪力墙、SRC梁柱，加强凹进处梁板结构等具体的加强措施，可供类似工程参考。

Out of codes  High rise Building Design of the Administration Center of Longkou City

Abstract:Combining with the structural design of an out-of-codes high-rise building with particularly irregular plane,it expatiates on the process of structural calculating analysis and carrying out the administration regulations for out-of-codes high-rise building projects. The local strengthen measures of shear wall,beam slap and column for extra-long structures and aseismic design of out-of-codes high-rise buildings are discussed.
