大跨度双向组合楼盖在万轩综合楼中的应用

[摘要]万轩综合楼为一栋28层的综合性办公楼,因层高及建筑专业使用空间净高的限制,要求标准层内部结构梁高只能做到500mm。因而从地面以上层3至屋面,核心筒南北两侧17.4m×17.4m范围内采用双向组合楼盖。介绍了双向组合楼盖的有限元分析方法、试验、施工、节点构造以及现场实测挠度结果。双向组合楼盖承载力高、延性好、梁的跨高比可做到34∶1,可增大建筑空间,减轻结构自重。

Application of Long Span Two\|way Steel-concrete Composite Floor to Wanxuan Building

Abstract:The Wanxuan Building is a compositive office building which has twenty-eight floors. The height of structural beam is no more than 500mm within every floor of the building because of the need inside space of the architecture and the height of the floor.So from the third floor to the roof, the bidirectional steel-concrete composite floor is used to the long span in the south and north of the building. The finite element analysis method, the test, the construction, the joint connection and the actual deflection data are introduced.The bidirectional steel\|concrete composite floor has good carrying capacity,tractility and good ratio of the span and height up to 34∶1,the floor can increase space of the architecture and decrease the weight of the building.
