[摘要]东海商务中心一期中塔楼一为38层的超高层结构,结构总高度178.36m。工程采用框架核心筒结构体系,在下部2/3高度框架柱采用钢管混凝土叠合柱。采用PKPM和ETABS软件进行了小震和中震的弹性计算,采用ABAQUS软件进行了大震动力弹塑性时程分析进行验证。针对核心筒
外圈剪力墙体平面布置不连续和底部几层仅有局部楼板等不足进行了重点分析并有针对性地采取了加强措施。对叠合柱进行了详细的分析,并
对节点构造进行加强,在减小了柱截面的同时还增大了框架柱的延性和承载力。

Structural Design of Super-high Building of Shenzhen Donghai Center

Abstract:Shenzhen Donghai Center is a 178.36m high and 38 floors high-rise building with framed-corewall structure; Thecomposite columns(steel tube-concreted) are used from the bottom to the 25 th floor. ETABS and PKPM are used to analyze the
structure under three different grades of earthquake, and also check the structure under the high earthquake grade by using
ABAQUS. According to the plane layout discontinuousness of the shear-walls in the corewall, the intensified measures are
provided pertinently. For the composite column, detailed seismic analysis is carried out; and intensified methods for the
joints structures are provided, to not only reduce the column section but also enlarge ductibility and capacity of the framed
columns.
