[摘要]中环世贸中心属深基坑的钢筋混凝土超高层建筑,其主楼、裙房均采用天然地基,在北京地区同类建筑中尚无先例。针对相关地基承载力及沉降、抗浮等问题作了分析与探讨。介绍了地基承载力的确定和减小主楼与裙房沉降差及主楼核心筒内外差异沉降所采取的施。不同区域分别采用增加自重或结构抗浮措施,解决了深基础抗浮问题。

Foundation design of Central International Traditional Center

Abstract:Central International Trade Center is a super high-rise building,of which foundation is very deep. It has created a precedent among the same kind in Beijing area that the main building and annex building both adopt the natural subgrade as their bearing object.Problems are analyzed such as the subgrade bearing capacity, sedimentations and anti-float. The determination of subgrade bearing capacity and measures to decrease the different settlement between the main building and annex building are introduced. The deadweight increment and structural antifloat measures are adopted in different areas to solve the antifloat problem of deep foundation.
