变翼缘宽度钢梁的优化设计

[摘要]现有的变翼缘宽度钢梁的设计方法只适用于梁受均布荷载的情况。为找到最优的变截面位置,推导了变翼缘宽度钢梁截面优化设计的步骤及通用公式,编写了相应的钢梁截面优化计算机程序。算例表明,变翼缘宽度钢梁的最优截面变更位置是在离梁支座约l/6~l/4的地方,用文中程序设计的钢梁可比手算法节省钢材10%左右。

Optimum design of steel girders with variable flange widthFang Tian(Dept.of Civil Engineering,Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology,Suzhou 215011,China)
Abstract:The design method introduced in various existing references for steel girders with variable flange width is only suitable for the case of member subjected to uniformly distributed load.The steps and general formulas for optimum design of cross sections of steel girders with variable flange width are deduced to find out the optimal position of changing cross section, and corresponding computer programs are compiled.Examples show that the optimal position of changing cross section is about l/6~l/4 from the supports, and when steel girders are designed with the suggested computer programs, about 10% steel can be saved compared with t
