温度应力对钢结构影响的试验研究

[摘要]对工字钢短柱在轴向约束的情况下进行了高温强度试验。研究结果表明,在弹性阶段,温度越高,增加的温度应力越大,温度应力的增量只与温度的增量有关,而与初始载荷无关。在超静定结构中,温度应力是导致构件屈服破坏的主要原因,因此钢结构的耐火设计应该考虑温度应力的影响。

Abstract:Experiment was carried on the Iprofile short column with axial restrained at high temperature. The results show that the temperature stress increment only relates to the temperature increment in the elasticity state, and it is independent of the original stress value. It is the temperat
ure stress that the main reason to make the steel structure yielding failure in the statically indeterminate structure.So it is necessary to take the temperature stress into account when designing for fire resistant.
