[摘要]通过对某中学学生食堂的加层改造设计,分析了此类工程设计中遇到的难点。针对原结构体系不明确、层高超标的问题,分别采用新增防震缝、设钢筋网夹板墙的方法进行加固。还采用框剪结构的方案减小梁柱的加固工作量,用静载试验来提高设计单桩承载力、减少补桩。

Some technical problems in adding stories design of a middle school mess hallJi Weibing, Li Chenzhong (Yancheng Architecture Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Yancheng 224002, China)
Abstract:A story would be added on a mess hall in a middle school. The difficulties of the design include that the existent structural system is not clear, and the height of the story is over limit. The measures of setting seismic joint and adding bar-mat reinforcement cavity wall are adopted for the reinforcing and rebuilding. The amount of strengthened beams and columns is reduced by changing the structural system to the frameshear wall structure. The amount of added piles is reduced and the pile′s loading capacity is increased by doing the static loading test.
