某80m单筒式烟囱裂缝及盐酸腐蚀鉴定与分析

(珠海市房屋安全鉴定所,珠海 519015)[摘要]介绍某垃圾发电厂80m单筒式混凝土烟囱裂缝及盐酸腐蚀事故鉴定。因83年烟囱设计规范的温度应力设计安全度偏低,加上使用早强水泥及养护不足,导致该烟囱中上部筒壁出现过大的纵向裂缝和环向裂缝,以致焚烧垃圾时产生的HCl,SO2,NOX等有害气体通过这些裂缝渗入到混凝土之中,使其顶部10m范围筒壁遭受盐酸冷凝液等酸介质的严重侵蚀;还分析了腐蚀机理及危害性;证实盐酸腐蚀亦既有酸化腐蚀的特点,又有氯化物腐蚀的特征。[关键词]单筒式烟囱;筒壁;裂缝;酸化腐蚀;氯化物腐蚀;鉴定Appraisal and analyses for cracks and hydrochloric acid corrosionaccident of a single tube concrete chimney height of 80mDiao Xueyou,Xu Kai(Zhuhai Buildings Appraisal Institute,Zhuhai 519015,China)Abstract:The accident appraisal for cracks and hydrochloric acid corrosion of the single tube concrete chimney height 80m at a power plant is introduced. The chimney shell of middle and upper part produces excessive longitudinal cracks and circuit cracks due to design safety degree of temperature stress by code is lower,and influence of high-earth-strength cement and undercuring concrete. The harmful gas HCl,SO2,NOX by refuse incineration pass through cracks seep into concrete chimney shell result in condensation liquid of hydrochloric acid critical corrosion in range 10m of upper part of the chimney.
