植筋锚固灌浆材料的试验与研究

[摘要]目前常用的植筋锚固灌浆材料主要为环氧胶泥和建筑结构胶,然而这两种材料价格昂贵、施工不太方便且对环境具有一定的污染性,现以开发研究新型的、廉价的、施工便利的、无污染的植筋锚固灌浆材料为主要目的,分两阶段试验确定锚固灌浆材料的成分组成及配比。试验研究结果表明,优选确定的植筋锚固灌浆材料的材料性能完全能够满足工程应用和规范要求。

Experimental study on implant-anchor grout material

Abstract:Implant-anchor grout material is a kind of material used in the rehabilitation and reinforcement engineering. At present, the common materials are epoxy gooey and structural gooey, while they are expensive, not easy to manipulation and polluted to environment. A new kind of implantanchor grout material, which is cheap, easy to manipulation and unpolluted to environment, is developed. The component and proportion of the material are determined by two phases tests. It can be shown that the exploited material can satisfy requests of engineering and criterion.
