混凝土强度现场检测技术若干问题试验研究

[摘要]对3块新浇筑的素混凝土板和10根旧钢筋混凝土梁采用超声回弹综合法和钻芯法进行混凝土强度检测。研究了超声回弹综合法和钻芯法所测混凝土抗压强度值与标准立方体抗压强度三者的相互关系,并着重研究了χΦ100,Φ75和Φ50三种不同直径芯样所测混凝土抗压强度值的相互关系。在综合分析相关研究成果的基础上,得到小直径芯样所测混凝土抗压强度相对标准直径的芯样所测混凝土抗压强度的修正系数。可为混凝土强度现场检测提供参考。

Abstract:The concrete strength of three new concrete slabs and ten old reinforced concrete beams are tested by the means of ultrasonic-resilience testing method and core-drilling testing method. And based on the test results, the relations of the concrete strength respectively tested by the ultrasonic-resilience testing method, core-drilling testing method and the cube strength testing method are studied. The differences and relations of the concrete strength tested by coredrilling testing method with core specimens of different diameter such as 100mm, 75mm and 50mm are focused. Along with the former research results, the correction coefficient of the concrete strength obtained by core specimens of small diameter are studied and established. All these will be helpful to concrete strength testing engineering and former studying on the testing techniques.
