对液体粘滞阻尼器动力性能及测试要求的研究及探讨

[摘要]液体粘滞阻尼器作为有效和重要的消能减振产品目前在我国已经得到越来越广泛的应用,但对这类阻尼器的性能要求、质量控制及动力测试所做的研究及探讨所见不多。给出了液体粘滞阻尼器的不同类型及作用机理,介绍了粘滞阻尼器在美国的发展进程及状况。举例说明了美国对液体粘滞阻尼器的测试要求,即产品预检验、原型测试及质量验收测试。对部分测试内容进行了着重讨论,并列出了美国大型动力测试设备的情况。

Abstract:The hydraulic viscous dampers, an efficient and important dissipation vibration energy devices, has been used widely in China. However, enough attention has seldom been paid to research its performance requirements, quality control and the dynamic tests. A brief introduction is given on the different types and the working principles of oil dampers as well as on the latest development of viscous dampers in US. It illustrates with example on the testing category of viscous dampers in!the US, namely, prequalification test, prototype test and quality control test. The large dynamic testing devices in the US are listed and the drop hammer test is introduced as an alternative test.
