吉林江南壹号工程中剪力墙连梁的设计探讨

[摘要]在吉林江南壹号工程高层住宅区结构设计中,通过选取两个具有代表性的典型剪力墙结构体系,对高矮两种连梁高度取值结构方案的整体计算,以及钢筋、混凝土用量的汇总、比较,从结构的安全性、合理性、经济性等多方面进行了分析,多角度证明了连梁并非截面越高、刚度越大、配筋越多就越好,而是要根据主体结构的特点,把连梁的尺寸和配筋量控制在合理的范围内。最后还提出了国家规范规程中没有明示的连梁基本配筋构造要求,以及电算中经常出现的连梁超筋问题的解决方法。

Study and design of coupling beam in shearwall structure of Jilin Jiangnan No.1 real estate project

Abstract:In the residence high building design of Jilin Jiangnan No.1 real estate project, two representative shearwall structures are selected. Two precepts of coupling beams with tall and low height have been calculated. Seismic action, the total amount of steel and concrete are gathered and compared. From some aspects such as safety, rationality and economy, it shows that the height, large rigidity and more reinforcement of coupling beam are not better than the low one. The size and reinforcement should be controlled to a reasonable range. Finally, basic reinforcement detailing requirements which are not mentioned in codes and technical specifications are put forward. Solutions of excessive reinforcement of the coupling beams in the calculations of computer are also provided.
