考虑土分层的搅拌桩支护结构性能研究

(湘潭大学土木工程与力学学院,湘潭 411105)[摘要]将水泥土搅拌桩支护结构及土体视为共同变形的整体,建立了三维有限元模型,选用 Drucker-Prager本构模型及非线性增量迭代法,以泉州某基坑为工程原型,利用ANSYS工程计算软件,进行了模型验证,并详细讨论了各支护参数变化时水泥土搅拌桩的位移、应力分布。揭示了地面堆载、墙体厚度、不同土层性质及其分布对搅拌桩位移、应力的影响,墙体位移和应力的关系,分步开挖对搅拌桩位移的影响及合理布置开挖步需考虑的因素。[关键词]搅拌桩;有限元;位移;应力;支护参数;土质Study on behavior of soil-cement mixing piles of support structure considering soil layersQu Changzi, Ma Shicheng(Civil Engineering and Mechanics Department, Xiangtan University, Xiangtan 411105, China)Abstract:Regarding the soil-cement mixing piles support construct and soil as a whole and taking a foundation pit of engineering in Quanzhou as an example, a 3-D finite element model is established, and Drucker-Prager structural model and nonlinear iterative method are adopted. By using ANSYS software, the validity of the established model is verified, and the displacement and stress distributing of soilcement mixing piles while several support factors changing are discussed in detail. The effect of factors including stacked load, breadth of mixing piles wall, different soil layer character, soil layer distributing and stepwise digging on the displacement and stress distributing of soil-cement mixing piles are analyzed, and the factors which should be considered while fixing digging times reasonably are presented.Keywords:soil-cement mixing piles; finite element method; displacement; stress; support factors; soil character*自然科学基金项目(50678177)。
