沉降控制复合桩基在上海小高层建筑中的应用探讨

[摘要]通过对一小高层住宅沉降控制复合桩基设计方案的比较与分析,论证了在上海市西南角典型深厚软土地基上,采用沉降控制复合桩基础建造该类型小高层住宅楼的可行性。同时指出,设计中上部结构填充墙宜采用轻质材料,且设置一层地下室,以达到减小基础附加应力、增加基础刚度、有效控制基础差异沉降的目的。

Discussion on application of settlementcontrolled composite pile foundation in middleheight buildings in Shanghai

Abstract:A 12-story apartment building using various design schemes for the settlement-controlled composite pile foundation is analyzed and it illustrates very encouraging foundation settlement for such middle-height buildings in Shanghai. Numerical analysis also indicates that, with the use of lightweight construction materials and design of one-floor basement, the settlement-controlled composite pile foundation can be more efficient in adjusting the additional stresses,increasing the rigidity of the foundation,and controlling the different settlement of the foundation.
