方钢管再生混凝土界面粘结滑移性能试验研究*

[摘要]为研究方钢管与再生混凝土界面粘结滑移性能,以再生粗骨料取代率、再生混凝土强度等级及膨胀剂掺量为变化参数,进行了方钢管再生混凝土试件的推出试验,获取了试件的荷载滑移曲线,分析了各变化参数对粘结强度的影响。在验证相关粘结强度计算模型适用性的基础上,拟合出方钢管再生混凝土的粘结强度计算公式。研究结果表明,方钢管再生混凝土荷载滑移曲线具有相似性,均经历了四个阶段,滑移首先出现在加载端,随后发展到自由端;粘结强度随再生粗骨料取代率增大而降低,但影响较小;粘结强度随再生混凝土强度等级提高而增大,但增速趋缓;膨胀剂掺量对粘结强度影响明显,粘结强度随着膨胀剂掺量(015%范围内)增加呈现出先增大后降低的趋势。

Experimental research on the interface bondslip behavior of recycled aggregate concrete\|filled square steel tube

Abstract:In order to study the interface bondslip behavior between square steel tube and recycled aggregate concreteRAC, pushout tests of recycled aggregate concretefilled square steel tube(RSST) were carried out considering three parameters including the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, grade of RAC and mixing amount of expansive agent. The loadslip curves were obtained and the influences of three parameters on the bond strength were analyzed. Based on the applicability test of practical formulas of bond strength, the fitting bond strength formula of RSST was suggested. The results show that the whole process curves of loadslip are similar and can be divided into four stages as follows. The initial slip at loading end develops earlier than that at the free end. With the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the bond strength decreases, but the effectis small. The bond strength of RSST increases with the increase of the RAC grade but the increasing speed of bond strength is becoming slower. The mixing amount of expansive agent has significant effect on the bond strength, and the bond strength is in decreasing trend after a steady increase with the mixing amount of expansive agent from 0 to 15%.
